Diversity in the Workplace

Education
Education at SCEFCU is one of the most important goals of the credit union. Not only are employees encouraged to educate themselves, but they are also encouraged to educate others. As mentioned before the Hispanic community is the credit union's main focus. SCEFCU understands the need for financial education in the community and therefore is providing educational services to the community. Education such as banking, home buying, car buying, and investing is being provided by volunteers at SCEFCU.
Conclusion
In conclusion as observed by our group although similar but seen through the perspective of different eyes, the outcome of Observational Behavior was distinct to the job occupation of each member of the group. We, in the group, determine that the companies demographics will determine the strategic plan for the company. Gender is the driver that will need some extra emphasis in order to bring to equal levels.
