This paper has discussed several of the factors of diversity and the effects of these factors on an individual's behavior. Gender, ethnicity, age, and socioeconomic status are but a few of the issues that are involved with diversity among individuals. It is important that people begin to understand the effects of diversity on themselves as well as the effect on other individuals. It is to be understood that diversity effects everyone. With a clear understanding of how a person's behavior can be effected by diversity, individuals can become better in group settings as well as individual settings.
