The problem with conserving rainforests is that not many people care. They figure that the environment isn't getting harmed, or they don't realize everything that rainforests do for us and provide us with. Apart from being home to thousands of species of plants and animals, they are also home to many tribes of indigenous people, provide us with numerous foods and spices, help in the medical world with plants that are able to cure rare and serious diseases, and help to keep the environment clean. We are virtually lost without rainforests, so we should start to respect and conserve them now, rather then waiting for the worst that could happen.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I would like to say that we all need rainforests. We depend on them for so many different reasons such as food, medicinal cures, cleaner air and household products like rope, fabric and furniture, just to name a few. If we were to lose all rainforests in the world, we would not be in good shape. Rainforests are a vital key to us living, and in order to keep it that way we must start preserving them for future generations.
