As it can be seen from Aristotle’s “Poetics”, the rules how to make verses, plots and spectacles of every nowadays well-known genres in drama and even more have been known even in ancient times. At that time nowadays well-known philosophers were describing more how the art should be in general, about its’ usual appearances and differences, describing and discovering new genres and classifying sub-genres, although criticizing the works that have been made before, which we now can call some kind of classics. And the main aim of making art in Aristotle’s work is shown as an imitation. Imitation in general. People like to recognize themselves in stories made on theatre stage. They like to find something familiar to their lives, to identify themselves with characters played on the stage, to feel the pain or happiness and other emotions which are recognized as human feeling. Aristotle also tries to define how should values such as good and bad relied in the different genres of art. Step by step Aristotle is showing deeper insight of how things should be held and what is important in every case. Like different variations of tragedy making and what consequences or result should be reached.
