The problem is how to solve the issue of the recidivism. I am absolutely certain that it is not a quickly-solved problem. In my opinion, the society is guilty of this. Just think about it, employers usually don’t want to have workers who had been imprisoned in the past, oh come on, even ordinary people beware of contacting with criminals. So we don’t give them chance to rehabilitate and to change, and they are forced to break the law again.
