Overall the campaign would be relatively low cost. The main costs would be materials, advertising costs, screening kits, transportation and wages. The campaign would employ a small number of qualified nurses to travel through Australian
communities, especially those in remote areas, to offer the free test screening. It would be hoped that the cost required to successfully run the campaign, would not only be low, but
be a beneficial investment in the health of Australian public, and decrease the burden on government health care systems. The campaign is based upon the principles of the New
