Ethical Issue Analysis

In conclusion, Mr. Berger's scandal is a sample of how politician's forces and influence can break the rules of ethics. By using the different business ethics theories and principles it is easy to identify what govern on this unethical incidents. Are the politicians and employees loosing virtues and/or values? Are the codes of ethics being reinforce in at the National Archive workplace regardless of the (ex) position of customers being served?
