Far too much Money is Spent on Preserving Old Buildings and Historic Sites

I want to start with that – I agree with this statement. I think really too much money is spent on “old stuffs”. We must think about future, not about past. Of course, there are some structures with important heritage value, these we must to keep. Better we need spent money on peoples; witch has hard live – homeless persons, beggars etc. By my mind, there is no use to keep all old buildings and similar values. There is almost nothing good to spent money on preserving old buildings and historical sites. Of course, we must know over history, but for what are books!?…
