My Journey (mans ceļojums uz Kuldīgu)

Last summer I had a short journey. The journey means an act of travelling from one place to another, especially to place that is far away. My joyrney happened in my native country in Latvia. I went by car in my short journey. I chose going by car because it is comfortable and faster than travel by bus or train. Also I don't like traveling by bus and by train.
My sister said me, “if you havent been in Kuldīga you havent seen Latvia!” Then I was thinking once to go to Kuldīga. I decided to go to Kuldīga last summer.
The journey was in July when the average temperature was + 180C. Usually Climate in Kuldīgas district is moderate with considerable temperature variations.
I was surprise about journey, it was really wonderful. I think that my journey was an excursion and a cultural holiday. I visited Kuldīga let saw many interesting places and took a rest. I spent in Kuldīga and Kuldīgas district one week. I with my friends get up at nine o'clock in the morning and we went by car to Kuldīga. Getting to Kuldīga was not a big problem. The distances as everywhere in Latvia are not big. We went by car from Riga and it takes us about 2 hours. We had a fantastic holiday in Kuldīga!…
