Public Speech "Equal Opportunities"

I know that there will be a time when this disadvantage will change and there will be gays, black, white, disabled people working in the same environment and pleased with each other, because that’s how it should be.
I’m saying, that i don’t want people to change who they are. I just want them to know who they are themselves before judging. And I would like to encourage each of u – be different and accept being different. I believe that if you want the world to be better you have to first make yourself a good person and be someone you are proud of! Because if you really want to do something amazing, you will make it happen, whoever you are inside.
