To be honest I find silence very useful as well as very stressful because I am the kind or person who needs to sort out problems by talking. I have a few friends who are using the opposite way of solving problems but I really don’t like it. To my personal experience I need silence when I feel sad and bad and still just for a few moments. Sometimes it’s good to stay alone with your thought especially when you have lots of feelings and you are confused but generally I think that silence is just not for me.
However , silence has certain advantages for speakers, for example in strengthening their confidence or relationships. It creates some unspeakable psychological state. And I know that we should appreciate when we are alone, and just know how to use silence corectly.
