What Should a Government Do for a Country Become Successful?

Maybe there are a lot of great ideas, which are never going to be more than just ideas, because for people who has them, are ho chance to actually make them a reality. If government wouldn’t force new entrepreneurs to pay so many taxes, they could develope faster and better and by doing that, they could grow bigger and improve country’s economic situation.
Of course, country absolutely can’t be successful without people in it, so the last, but not less important of my points is that government should make friendly laws for citizens, so they would like to live and make a family in this country. They should more care about families, increase „mummy salaries” and aliments.
Everyone might have their own opinion, and there are much more things that government should follow to make a successful country, but I think that if they could notice these three things, they could make some great changes.
