And the last, but not the least, the government decrease educational level, to increase economic growth. They do not rebel against the government and are satisfied with their primitive life. Smart citizens try to improve life level not only in their country, they try to support developing countries, communicate with them and try to make this world a bit happier than it is.
In conclusion, I should say that people do everything in their comfort zone and keep polluting the planet carelessly thinking about future of their kids. Uneducated people always want to conflict, so government satisfies them by increasing money, spent on the army. It makes peoples life worthless, just a resource for the big insatiable economical machine.
