RESULTS
I made the results as accurate as I could by taking 5 sets of readings and repeating the experiment twice to draw out an average resistance of the results that I recorded.
CONCLUSION
From the results that I have recorded they show that the longer the length of the wire, the higher the resistance is. My explanation for this would be because there is more wire in the circuit, therefore more wire that will restrict the current that flows through the circuit.
As you can see from the results drawn up onto the graph, it shows that they are directly proportional to one another which tell us that the results were accurate.
With this gathered information, we can now see that the results agree entirely with my prediction - the longer the length of wire the higher the resistance will be.
