PROCEDURE:
1. Check and see if the bulb is bad – visual inspection of the light.
2. If the bulb is bad - change the bulb with the same part number you have in there or the other option is to replace the bulb with one of the LED lights – simple change. LED lights use a lot less power but are a lot more expensive.
3. Nav lights have a small cover over them with screws, depending on the arrangement. When changing a nav light, support the lenses, to not brake or damage them.
4. After removing the light lenses there is access to the bulb. To remove the bulb – push it inward and turn it counterclockwise just a bit and then pull it out of the light socket.
5. If the filament inside the bulb is broken, replace the bulb.
6. If the filament is visually good, check the bulb using the multimeter (ohm setting).
