Differences
Roles:
There is huge difference between these 2 following coaches - Cus D’Amato and Josep "Pep" Guardiola Sala in terms of roles, such as role model and friend, because Cus D’Amato as a coach was also great role model for his athlete – Mike Tyson. Tyson credits D'Amato with building his confidence and guiding him as a father (role model) figure. Cus D’Amato cannot be considered as a friend in terms of coaching, he rather can be considered as a role model, but Josep "Pep" Guardiola Sala can be considered as both. Josep "Pep" Guardiola Sala is a great example of good coach friend who was able to help two young boys became what they are known by helping them in rough times by using his experience as a player in the past and good personal qualities. Also, this makes Josep "Pep" Guardiola Sala as a role model for these two young players.
Skills:
There is a difference between these 2 following coaches - Oleg Znarok and Barry Trotz in terms of skills, such as communicating, because as a coach Oleg Znarok is much stricter than Barry Trotz and it results in fact that Barry Trotz’s coached team never had won a Stanley Cup, but Oleg Znarok by using strict communication (using little bit of humour) with his athletes were able to get reputation and each team’s athlete always will listen him. Although, Barry Trotz is using less strict communication with his coached team’s athletes as it is his coaching decision.
