salary – (alga, atalgojums) money that you receive as payment from organization you work for, usually paid to you every month
overtime – (virsstundas, virsstundu darba laiks) time that you spend working in your job in addition to your normal working hours
perks – (privilēģijas, piemaksas) something that you get legally from your work in addition to your wages, such as goods, cheap insurance policies, meals, or a car
earn – (pelnīt) to receive a particular amount of money for the work that you do
wages – (izpeļņa, strādnieka alga) money you earn that is paid according to the number of hours, days, weeks that you work (usually paid for physical work)
tips – (dzeramnauda) a small amount of additional money that you give to someone such as waiter or a taxi driver
