BARTER CONTRACT

Firm ______________ (Sweden), hereinafter referred to as The Firm, in presence of president Mr. ____________, on the one hand, and enterprise ____________ (Latvia), hereinafter referred to as The Enterprise, in presence of _____________, on the other hand, have concluded the present contract as follows.
1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The parties carry out mutual goods delivery on the terms and conditions of the present contract without monetary payment based on the balance of their hard currency cost.
1.1. The Enterprise delivers to The Firm following goods _____________ in accordance with the conditions listed in the supplement 1 to the present contract.
1.2. The Firm will deliver to The Enterprise the sets of units in accordance with the conditions of delivery listed in the supplement 2 to the present contract.
2. GOODS AND PRODUCT COST VALUATION
2.1. Total cost of the goods delivered by The Enterprise under the present contract is _____________, the cost of each item is indicated in the supplement 1.

1. LĪGUMA PRIEKŠMETS
Puses atilstoši šā līguma noteikumiem veic savstarpēju preču piegādi bez to samaksas naudā, pamatojoties uz saskaņotu valūtas vērtību.
1.1. Uzņēmums piegādās Firmai preces ______ ______________ saskaņā ar piegādes noteikumiem, kas minēti šā līguma 1.pielikumā.
