Ss read the text again, then work with a partner and decide where they could divide the text into paragraphs. They answer the questions:
- What is the purpose of each paragraph?
- What could be a heading for each paragraph?
When the pair-work is finished, Ss share their ideas a s class.
T pays Ss’ attention to the rule for dividing the text into paragraphs, explains that each paragraph usually starts with a topic sentence and expresses one idea or thought.
