LICENSE AGREEMENT
The present agreement is concluded between ______________, Riga, hereinafter referred to as The Licenser, on the one hand, and firm ____________, hereinafter referred to as The Licensee, on the other hand.
Taking into consideration that:
1) ____________, hereinafter referred to as in, possesses knowledge and experience in the Field of __________________;
2) The Inventor is the owner of patents and patent applications, listed in appendix 1 to present agreement;
3) The Licenser is authorized by The Inventor to negotiate on behalf of The Inventor with a view to granting licenses for the knowledge, experience and patent rights above-mentioned for the purpose of realization of the Process, production, use and sale the Licensed Product and to make respective agreement; LICENCES VIENOŠANĀS
Šī vienošanās noslēgta starp __________ __________, Rīga, turpmāk saukts - Licenciārs, no vienas puses, un firmu ___________________, turpmāk saukts - Licenciāts, no otras puses.
Ņemot vērā to, ka :
1) ____________________, turpmāk saukts - Izgudrotājs, ir zināšanas un pieredze _________________ jomā;
2) Izgudrotājam pieder patenti un patentu pieteikumi, kas minēti šīs vienošanās 1.pielikumā;
3) Licenciāram Izgudrotājs devis tiesības savā vārdā risināt sarunas par licences piešķiršanu minēto zināšanu, pieredzes un patentu tiesību izmantošanai nolūkā veikt procesu, ražošanu, izmantot un pārdot produkciju pēc licences un slēgt attiecīgās vienošanās;
4) Licenciāts atbilstoši šīs vienošanās noteikumiem vēlas iegādāties licenci minēto zināšanu, pieredzes un patentu tiesību izmantošanai nolūkā veikt procesu, ražošanu un produkcijas pārdošanu pēc licences, puses vienojās par sekojošo.
ЛИЦЕНЗИОННОЕ СОГЛАШЕНИЕ
Настоящее соглашение заключено между ___ ___________, Рига, именуемым в дальнейшем - Лицензиар, с одной стороны, и фирмой ______________, именуемой в дальнейшем - Лицензиат, с другой стороны.
