Epic Story "Beowulf"

Beowulf had perfect heore’s traits. He demonstrates his sense of honor and his loyalty by volunteering to kill Grendel and Grendel’s mother. He proves his bravery by battling these two monsters and, at the end his life, the dragon. His strength can also be seen in battles. He demonstrates his faith by giving thanks to God for his victories.

In the end Beowulf is dead, his body gets cremated, but Lāčplēsis falls in Daugava, and there are said that when we need Lāčplēsis, he will come and fight the enemy. But there are a lot of similariTies too, for example Lāčplēsis and beowulf got same personality traits and both works got the same idea.
