Rescue from survival craft
Prepare for receiving casualties (treatment for injuries- bandages, adhesive dressing, splints, etc.); expect to treat for shock and hypothermia- blankets, warm clothing, hot drinks, stretchers, etc.
2. Rescue apparatus in the way of scrambling nets, boarding ladders and hauling/heaving lines should be rigged overside. Derricks/deck cranes to be swung overside to recover survival craft (SWL to be checked) (cargo nets, baskets)

Prepare line- throwing apparatus and plenty of heaving lines
Maintain bridge watch, check navigation hazards in vicinity. Display correct flag signals, and keep other parties informed about situation
