Comparison Analysis of Unemployment in Latvia and Great Britain

A problem which is often debated nowadays is that of social welfare. It would be naive to suppose, that there is any country in the world that avoided problems of unemployment, low living standards, etc. There is a widespread attitude that such problems refer more to developing countries than to developed ones, although none solve them completely. The aim of this essay is to find out main causes of unemployment and possible solutions by comparing United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and The Republic of Latvia.
