The cumulative education level of the 30 law enforcement personnel surveyed was 20% as having a high school diploma, 17% as having some college, 47% as having a Bachelors Degree, 13% as having Masters Degree, and 3 % as having a Doctorate Degree. This leaves us with the median education level being a Bachelors Degree. Two thirds, or 66.666% of the law enforcement personnel surveyed are sworn law enforcement personnel.
The total summary of data collected supports that 50% of the total officers surveyed support capital punishment and 50% are against capital punishment, represented by the fact that 0% of the FBI Agents support capital punishment, 53% of the PCSC officers supported capital punishment, and seven or 47% of the CBP Agents supported capital punishment. The data analyzed suggests that the FBI Agents being of the highest education demographic are not in support of capital punishment. The FBI's main factor was cited as the method of execution. A disparity was discovered during the analysis in the results of questions number six and ten, or 100% of the FBI Agents cited that life imprisonment was more "cost effective" to the American tax-payer than capital punishment.
