Poster for Functional Materials and Nanotechnologies (FMNT) 2013 conference. "Preparation and electrochemical properties of LiFePO4/C/G nanocomposite cathode for lithium ion batteries"
EXPERIMENTAL
LiFePO4/C (LFP/C) composite was synthesized by solid-state reaction using LiH2PO4 and FeC2O4·2H2O in a molar ratio of 1:1. Citric acid was added as an additional source of carbon. The suspension was mixed by ball-milling for 2 h in ethanol. After drying, the precursor was heated at 350 °C for 5 h in flowing Ar/H2 (95:5) atmosphere and grinded afterwards. It was then sintered at 700 °C for 5 h in Ar/H2 (95:5).
