"Macbeth" is known as one of Shakespeare's greatest tragic plays of all time. It is interesting to know that four out of seven (Hamlet, Othello, King Lear, and Macbeth) of the legend's best works were written after King James I took Shakespeare's company, The Lord Chamberlain's Men, under his own patronage and renamed them The King's Men. In fact, Shakespeare seems to go to great lengths to appease his biggest fan.
