At the end, Truman finally speaks to 'The Creator' ... of a television show. And he ahs a choice to make to stay here in the world which was designed to be perfect for him, or go out into the real world where nothing can be predicted and nothing but danger at every turn. But instead of staying comfortable with everything he knew, he chooses to leave. That is because he realized that a life in the real world is 100 times better than one fake.
