Based on the Contract Nr 4800117/2010 concluded between JSC „_____________” (hereinafter JSC „__”) and Sp.z.o.o „H.Cegielski-____________” (hereinafter Sp.z.o.o „FPS”) on 16/03/2010, JSC „___” has carried out repair of the electric machines GGG48/20/04 – 5 units and DMK 28/22/4 – 5 units.
As per the waybill Nr 1R-10/22 dated 30 April 2010 the repaired electric machines have been delivered to Sp.z.o.o „FPS”.
Despite our numerous reminders Nr 209R dated 05/07/10, 238R dated 27/07/10, 269R dated 16/08/10 and our final pre-trial claim dated 01/09/10 with request to clear the debt until September 10 the debt is still unpaid.
