I am writing to you to tell you that I am not really satisfied with my new velvet jacket I bought from one of Zara shops on 2nd February for 25 Ls. There are copies of all the documents such as guarantee and receipt as well. As you can see from these copies, there was no discount at that moment. Moreover, this jacket was not defective.
