Smoking is a big problem. Many people have problems with health, because they are smoking. They have to spend money on cigarettes. People have been smoking since Christopher Columbus discovered America. He has taken tobacco from America to Europe.
Firstly, smoking people are spending much money on cigarettes, so they are giving job to many people. If smoking were banned, many people, who are working in plantations and taking tobacco, would lose their job. Secondly, some people, when they stopped smoking, have put on weight.
