Keynes and his followers – school of sciences of Keynesians – came to a conclusion that at a present stage of development of market economy the state has to play where more active role. This role consists in encouragement of development of the economy and demand, with use of monetary instruments.
Keynes claimed that the state can cope with economic crises. Keynes recommended an active investment of public funds in economy for stimulations of its development through increases of "effective demand", and without growth of state ownership. The major control lever, Keynes counted money, as they, on it into words, "are a link between the present and future ".
Constantly, but moderately growing prices and the income expand a framework of the market and allows to increase output, and also reduces unemployment. Not all provisions of work of Keynes sustained check them; however, in generalist approaches to this problem kept the value up to the present time.
