The United Methodist Church, in its Social Principles, calls homosexuality "inconsistent with Christian teaching," I agree with this statement However, I also believe that all people are children of God including homosexuals. Christians have been called by God to love all his people and to be a minister to all his people. The Bible commands us to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. My new neighbors are a homosexual couple. After reaching this paper I plan to show them the same love I show my currant heterosexual neighbors.…
