As the first and the most important effect of these changes in society, the alternation of the roles in family should be mentioned. These changes not only lead to women achieving greater role in governmental institutions and important positions in general, but also show the other side of the coin – while the most women strive for improving their mental possibilities, men aim for instant income, therefore choosing the easiest way, what – in the long-term – makes them less competitive.
