On Saturday March 1st at 8:00 pm, I attended the Mahaffey Theater, also known as the Bayfront Center, located at 400 First Street South in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The Mahaffey Theater was a spectacular looking performing arts center on the inside. It had a capacity of about 2,000 guests and is considered to be one of the most beautiful rooms in central Florida. The Florida Orchestra, whom now is in its 35th season and is recognized as Tampa Bay's leading performing arts institute, performed the concert.
