There are many different views nowadays of how much time and how much money should we spend on building new buildings.
There is quite big problem now in Latvia, in Riga mainly – people have no home. The government should draw more attention to citizens, who doesn’t have their own living place. With more focus on this problem, it can be solved in a period of time. Firstly, they should more concentrate on building new towns, more likely on building many–storied houses, because there is a flat deficit in Riga, people have no place to live.
