Apple is one of the biggest and richest company on the world. (wikipedia, 2018) In my opinion, it provides a customer care policy only buy the law. They provide customer service but you need to pay for each minute. (press1for, 2018) Apple provide limited warranty for some of them products such as IPhone, IPad etc. but if you want “AppleCare+” with two years’ warranty with technical support you need to pay, again. They do not provide any warranty for accessories such as earphones, wireless charging pads, speakers etc. (apple, 2018)
The customer service what they provide is not good. Even Apple customer service number is not highly visible on the company’s website and most of people navigate through all internet to find it. Some people are angry because need to wait a lot of time to speak with adviser and when pick up then advertise their products. On average, Apple’s calls take 10 minutes and 40 seconds from start to finish which is 4.6 minutes longer than last year. (laptopmag, 2018)
All in all, if you choose Apple you need to pay for each single thing what you want even for changing a charger or just to call a customer service. (press1for, 2018)
