Social partners, such as the trade unions and implementers of the Dutch Occupational Health and Safety Act are valuable sparring partners for these reassessments. Furthermore, stringent guidelines, such as TQM (Total Quality Management) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice), offer us the framework needed on a more organizational level. Society is changing faster and faster, which demands a more flexible attitude. Not only from the side of OPG as an organization, but also from their employees. We know, however, that everyone should be offered the opportunity to prepare him or herself for certain changes. Based on this point of view OPG has developed an educational strategy that allows every OPG employee to channel and develop his or her knowledge and abilities in the direction that suits him or her best.…
