In the organizing stage managers must make many important decisions such as which employees are qualified for specific positions, they must decide what parts to make for certain vehicles and which parts are to be sub-contracted out to different companies, and if in fact they do decide to sub-contract parts out to companies, they must decide which companies to use. Many companies place these bids to the least expensive company, however, it would be unethical to procure these parts from a company knowing that this company is notorious for producing parts that would possibly cause negative impacts to the integrity of the vehicle just to save a buck.
