Taking everything previously mentioned into account, it is clearly seen that International Telecommunication Union has taken a number of actions to offer people in the entire world the opportunities that information and communication technology gives, as well as it has been involved into the protection of the environment. Inevitably, there still are and probably will be problems in rural places and developing countries with the supply of the Internet access, or problems with lessening CO2 emissions in the world, or other. The ITU could only tackle these problems with a help of other international organizations.
