Suzie had completed her Business degree and returned home to await her graduation. She had been home few days when her uncle asked her to manage his grocery store for the next month. However, she found that many problems existed after the store supervisor showed her around. Supervisor seemed to hardly ever inspire and motivate staffs and interact with them.
