Upon reading this article, it became very clear that there is a lot of basic strength in strategizing from the porch. Ultimately, all managers must trust their intuition and make some tough decisions after listening to their heart and their heads. This intuition is that "gut feeling" we all have as human beings in deciding many things in life. My company paralleled quite a bit of the process in this article. My only recommendation is that we listen not only to our heart and our head, but pay attention more to exercising the "gut" and doing what we know is right for the customer in the end.
