Power and Influence and Its Role in Leadership

We had already spoke about sources, but I suppose it is necessary to make the word “source” more primitive and to define it a little differently. The number one source is just a book. The more books you read, the smarter you become. But books have one problem- their concepts are not working in real life. You should always read books, but mind your own business, be street wise as some say. The number two source is experience. Preferably, but I am not wishing this to anyone, negative experience. When everything goes wonderful you can’t see behind the surface what is really happening, maybe you don’t need this, you are happy, everyone is working and everything is cool. Then, the problems start and you realize that everything just ruins in front of your eyes like a card castle.
