Self analysis about my work in practice.
My work in the practice I evaluate very good. I prepared to the all lessons, thought about the student’s interests, what will be interesting in this lesson for the students, and what new students could learn from the lesson which I conducted.
At this practice work I better get know the students, but first lessons which I conducted I wasn’t so confident. But later when I better get know the students I felt off-peak and could easily work in the lessons.
Some problems in my practice work was that not in the all lessons I could plan my tasks and time in the lesson, sometimes I think out less exercises that students could do. Because this class students work very quickly at the first lessons it was too hard to comprehend that students are very active they more like speaking tasks at the lessons that writing tasks.
Collaboration mutual students is very good, they like pair works and group works, almost all the tasks they do all together by asking some words, for explaining. Students like pair works and group works, they active collaborates with each other.
Pupil’s liked, when at the lesson I were used a visual aids, they like colourful pictures which are involved with a learning topic. When in the learning process is more than just a book, it enchain pupils attention and interest to the topic.
It is enough that I just said one time, if in the class were some students which didn’t heard me, others will help them to explaining.
I liked the time when I was in my English practice, work and collaboration with the 8a class students and with my mentor Lāsma Dzirkale. I liked when students with fun was doing the exercises, their activity at the mine conducted lessons. But for me it takes so much time to prepare for the one lesson and to think about all the lessons stages, provide the lessons consecution and students actions. It is very hard to made very interesting lesson where all is predicted. Because work with the students always isn’t predictable. Students are very different and in the classroom teacher could feel, which tasks for students are more interesting which aren’t. It is not possible made ideal lesson. Teachers need a experience in the lesson teaching, explaining.
