Situation in Latvia/abroad
In Latvia global warming effect shows more and more every year, but not as critical as in other countries. Climate change is expressed in the form of heavy rainfall and storms.
For example, effects of global warming in the Arctic, or climate change in the Arctic include rising air and water temperatures, and a big loss of sea ice.
In this year UK recorded its highest ever temperature of 38.7C
