Conclusion
The main difference between these companies is orderliness and organization. I believe that the company SIA “H&M Hennes & Mauritz” is a little more organized than the company SIA “LPP Latvia ltd”. Maybe I see these problems and things just because I work for this company (SIA “LPP Latvia ltd”). Maybe if I didn't work in any of these companies, my thoughts would be different, but since I work and know the problems and weaknesses of our company, I can't pretend not to see them. Of course, I know that SIA "H&M Hennes & Maritz" also has its problems, but I, as a normal customer, have not noticed these problems.
