Organizational Behaviour is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on behaviour within organizations, for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organization's effectiveness. An organization is comprised of individuals who make up the organizational behaviour. From top management down to the employee, organizational behaviour takes shape. The effectiveness of the organization largely depends on the structure of the organization, and how well the individuals or groups behave within the structure.
