Steps to Effective Change Management

Change implementation has to do with creating an internal sense that change has already occurred. The sense of change followed by real change is directly proportionate with the will and support for the change to take place.
Consider the following to implement change:
Methods of implementation are compatible with the leadership style and the culture. Imposed change is not lasting. People go back to their dominant image when the pressure is off.
Anticipate what mistakes might be made and address them before you start your new project. Always make sure that your employees are well informed and that you make them feel as comfortable as possible. Give them all the tools necessary to complete their task.
